Having spent lockdown with a broken window lock and faulty back door handle we decided they must be repaired before the winter. Emailed a few locksmiths, Daniel of Shield Locksmiths, responded within a couple of hours, visited the next day, ordered the parts and the work was completed within 3 days. Impressive!

I was thoroughly impressed with the high quality service from Daniel. Arrived on time as agreed, repaired the faulty upvc door and lock, and gave the front door a service at no extra charge because he knew it wasn’t right either! Good honest customer service which is hard to find these days!
